Terms of Service

1. Introduction — By downloading, installing, or using AppLaunch Wizard (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by UNICGLOBAL ENGINEERING LTD, registered in Cyprus.

2. Nature of Services — AppLaunch Wizard is a macOS application for App Store publishing automation, including: AI-powered ASO analysis and optimization; automated metadata generation, localization (40+ languages); screenshot and icon creation; direct publishing to App Store Connect via API. Cloud features require an account and internet connection.

3. User Eligibility — You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts — You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and AI Coins — The Service offers a freemium model with AI coins for generation features. New accounts receive 100 free AI coins. Additional coins can be purchased. Subscription plans unlock higher limits and premium features. Prices are displayed in the app and on our website.

6. Payments and Refunds — Subscriptions are billed through Stripe (web) or Apple (Mac App Store). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. AI coins are non-refundable once used for generation.

7. App Store Purchases — For purchases made through the Mac App Store, Apple's terms and refund policies apply. Manage subscriptions through System Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

8. Your Content — You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service, including app descriptions, keywords, screenshots, icons, and metadata. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

9. AI-Generated Content — AI-generated content (descriptions, keywords, images) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI outputs before publishing to the App Store. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will pass App Store review.

10. Acceptable Use — You may not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer the application; share or resell your account access; use automated tools to abuse the AI generation system; submit content that violates Apple's App Store guidelines.

11. Intellectual Property — The Service, including its code, design, AI models integration, and documentation, is owned by UNICGLOBAL ENGINEERING LTD. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application.

12. Limitation of Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the six months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. No Warranties — The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Service Availability — We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and updates may temporarily affect availability. AI generation depends on third-party provider availability.

15. Termination — We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time through the app or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

16. Indemnification — You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNICGLOBAL ENGINEERING LTD from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

17. Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

18. Changes — We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
