Withdraw from contract
Under EU Directive 2023/2673 you may withdraw from any contract for digital content or services within 14 days of purchase. This form starts that process.
This is NOT the same as cancelling a subscription
Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Withdrawal asks for a refund of a recent purchase made in the last 14 days. If you only want to stop future charges, use Cancel subscription in your billing settings instead.
